Fish Springs, Utah is an oasis in the west desert of Utah. It was once part of a large lake, Lake Bonneville, and now boasts little vegetation except what can thrive in desert and salty soil.

We always choose the most hospitable places to camp! We are about 3 miles from Fish Springs - nestled close to the mountains seen in the background. The area we camped was part of an old lake bed and is now part of the Great Salt Lake desert. |
