1976 - You Missed It
Friday, April 23, the 4th Ward gave a talent show called "April Arpeggios". The talent was there, but where, oh where, was the audience? This was not an evening of "sour notes", wrong chords, or "when in the world is this ever going to end." This was like watching and listening to a Broadway Musical Show at $6.00 a seat. You left feeling like "Why Don't We Do This More Often" or "What a Lovely Way to Spend an Evening." Thanks to everyone for such a display of TALENT. --- Jalaine Robbins
